Note UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.Transmission Crating ChargesA-1 Performance transmissions are shipped in crates, which can be used to ship your transmission back for freshening or maintenance. The crating charge is $100.00 and is nonrefundable.Returns and ExchangesIf you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 90 days.
Return your prepaid and insured package to: A-1 Performance will accept returns of unused and undamaged products in its original packaging only. A copy of the original receipt must be included in the box. You must be the original purchaser of the product and the product must have been purchased directly from A-1 Performance. Credit will be issued for merchandise only. Freight, handling and associated fees are nonrefundable. Credit will be issued in the same form of payment as originally received.
